Nice hotel , just needs a decent 24 hour coffee machine .

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great pool with pool bar.

You can not get a good coffee anywhere in the morning unless you are buying a full breakfast at the hotel. Also, you need to drive to find anywhere else to get a coffee or to eat.

overall great service, good location to be away from tourists, facilities need upgrading

Staff were very accommodating and went beyond in serving us. cooked fresh breakfast for my friend who’s a vegetarian upon being notified that she could not eat anything from the provided breakfast

location of the room was a bit lacking in security as it was facing the road (first floor as we had opted for pool access). facilities were a bit run down but acceptable

What was the highlight of The Par Phuket

Golf Weekend

Stayed in Room 305 which had a lovely view over the golf course. The pool is large and overlooks holes 3 and 4 of Phuket Country Club so you have great views of golfers playing all day. The location is quiet, there are a few nice restaurants within a 10/15 walk of the hotel. The hotel food choice is good with a range of dishes for a good price. The restaurant area is nice. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order with a choice of American or Asian options plus cereal, toast, coffee and juices. The rooms are good sizes, clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff did not know much about the golf club or where the club house was. Although the hotel is situated on the course it’s actually a half hour walk to the club house so would recommend a bike or car hire.

A good SHA+ option for 'Test and Go'

Very good budget option for SHA+ as I came in on the Test and Go and live nearby so only used the hotel for while I waited for PCR test results. Because of this, I cannot comment on the rest of the facilities. Email response from staff pre-check in was excellent - prompt and helpful :)

Not many English channels on the TV - listing in room did not match actual channels. Also, I had to chase my PCR results that were extremely delayed (NOT the hotels fault) but the English speaking staff who said they would look into it and call me back, then left for the night before calling me. While they have no control over the PCR testing and results, the customer service/communication could've been better here. When I chased it again, the evening receptionist spoke little English and at first wanted me to ask again in the morning when there'd be more language support. However in the end I got my message across through Google Translate (!) and she did manage to get my result for me so I could go home. Many thanks to her :)

Think twice If you are European

Very big rooms, including kitchen facilities.

There was a constant smell of cannabis everywhere. Myself, as a European citizen, although I had payed for breakfast, stopped having it at the hotel after the 3rd day - I stayed for one week - since it was the same everyday and only accommodated Asian preferences. The room was not well soundproofed and I, staying on the 6th floor, could hear everything from outside all night long.

Best stay experience.

All the staff were extraordinary in their services, especially the F&B team and the lovely receptionist Ms.Saakhai.

Annoying water dripping sound outside of the room 302 which was very clear inside the room.

Nice hotel right at the golf course !

Very nice hotel right on the golf course. I love the direct pool access from our terrace. The rooms are a little bit old, but they are really well maintained. The hotel, the swimming pools, room, everything was perfect. Staff was nice as well, not good english but always welcome you with smile.

I had probably the worst pizza in my life at the pool side restaurant at the par hotel. The cheese was still not melted, the ingredients were not good, everything falling apart and it was cold. I think it was the pizza from freezer and they even did not defrost it properly. It was uneatable !!

Awesome

We had the swim up pool on are balcony was gorgeous although it didn’t get used much as it’s in the shade but it’s still stunning rooms are so spacious and spotless clean.

It was a bit out the way non of the taxi people new were it was but was about 15/20mins from patch my beach we’re bars and lively parts are. It was still lovely resort and 5 mins from tiger kingdom. 45 min from Phuket airport.

Location, location, location... taxi's in Phuket was stupid expensive compared to all other cities and it's far for everything. You need a scooter.

Very Poor

Quiet location overlooking the fairway.

Management of this hotel should decide if they are open and ready to serve guests - or closed for business. Staff is totally unprepared to face up to the job, dressed like maintanance crew, hardly speak languages, not understanding or willing to respond even to simple requests like prepare breakfast... Private pool means it is private when the room next to yours is vacant Good location if you want a stay adjacent to golf course, otherwise avoid this property unless you are in for a rare psychedelic experience.
